Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Faymas (faymas.io). By using the site, you agree to them. They are written in plain words on purpose — if anything here is unclear, ask us through the Faymas website before using the service.

What Faymas is

Faymas is a free library of AI photo prompts. We publish prompts, organise them into categories, and let visitors copy them at no cost. The prompts are designed to be used with your own photo in third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Faymas does not generate photos itself — the generation happens inside those third-party apps, under their terms.

Using the service

You may browse Faymas, copy prompts, and use them for your own personal photos. You may also submit your own prompts for publication, subject to our submission guidelines and review.

You are responsible for how you use the prompts and the AI tools you pair them with. That includes the photos you choose. Only upload photos you own or have a clear right to use. Never edit, restyle, or publish someone else's photo without their permission — not a friend's, not a partner's, not a public figure's private pictures. If the person in the photo is not you, get their okay first.

Acceptable use

While using Faymas, you must not:

• Use prompts or the site to create misleading, deceptive, or impersonating content
• Create content that harasses, defames, threatens, or embarrasses a real person
• Submit or request prompts built on private photos of people who didn't agree
• Submit explicit, hateful, or otherwise harmful material
• Scrape the site in bulk, try to break its security, or interfere with other users
• Present Faymas prompts as your own paid product or resell access to them

We may remove content and refuse submissions that break these rules, at our discretion.

Prompts are provided as-is

AI tools change often, and the same prompt can give different results on different days or in different apps. We test prompts before publishing, but we can't guarantee a specific result. Prompts are provided as-is for personal use, without warranties of any kind.

Your photos and AI outputs

Faymas never receives the personal photos you upload to ChatGPT, Gemini, or other generators — those go directly between you and that app. What you create there is governed by that app's terms; in general, outputs you generate from your own photos are yours to use. Faymas claims no ownership over photos you generate.

Faymas content and submissions

The Faymas name, site design, written content, and prompt collection are the property of Faymas or its contributors. When you submit a prompt or example photo to Faymas, you keep ownership of your submission, and you give Faymas a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote it on the site and in Faymas's own channels. You confirm you have the right to grant that license.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Faymas is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, the prompts, or any third-party AI tool. Your use of third-party tools is between you and those providers.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. The current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use Faymas after a change means you accept the updated terms.
